Men can't get pregnent. They don't have ovaries. If you think they do, or find it attractive, you are probably a lesbian in serious denial, or you are at least bisexual. Semen can't fertilize semen, only ovas. Men also don't have a vigina, so there is no place for an egg to grow.

I'm pretty sure we know men can't get pregnant....and those who can (if you know what i mean)...are NOT lesbians in denial....seriously....
...we know (they know) males can't get pregnant....but everything is posible in fanfiction...it's just that...fiction...

where does the fact liking a guy getting pregnant relate to the orientation of being a lesbian? The feminine gender is absolutely vacant in such references. Now if it were fempreg, then they would be a closet lesbian. As it is strictly male. I see no possible way that such would be in any way related to lesbianism. Keep your comments to yourself and the world will be a much better place. Thank You. PS. There is a way to artificially inseminate a male, have him live the pregnancy out, and deliver said baby via C-section. Also, ever heard of a hermaphrodite? Wow, you seriously made a fool out of yourself. You came to this page, and much to the chagrin of many people who like mpreg and are straight, called them lesbians. 'shakes head' the nerve of some people.
